International Conference on VIBROENGINEERING will be held in Zittau, Germany. Its purpose is to provide a platform for scientists, engineers and practitioners throughout the world to exchange ideas and present their latest research results in order to further promote the Vibroengineering and its applications to the aerospace, automobile, energy and other industries. The Conference is organized by JVE International with the partnership of Hochschule Zittau University of Applied Sciences.

The central location of the city at the border triangle Germany-Poland-Czech Republic, offers an ideal starting point for research and development as well as production sites in the immediate vicinity. Short ways - fast decisions, factors that stand for the region and its location and next to the beautiful surroundings, offers very good infrastructural connections.
The city and its industry attach importance to national and international contacts and support cooperation and exchange between companies in neighbouring countries. Due to its favourable location at the border triangle, the city of Zittau and the region is thus changing into a broadly diversified business location for small and medium-sized enterprises. The roots lie in the textile industry, the metalworking industries and not least in vehicle construction. The field of surface technology, lightweight construction as well as energy and environmental technology are new industry focal points of the region, combined with high-performance teaching and research facilities. Furthermore, tourism, activity tourism as well as cultural and city tourism with the adjacent Zittau Mountains form an important pillar.
Zittau-University was the University for energy engineering (coal and nuclear power station design and management) and hat special research activities with reference to vibrations in bearings and their effect on processes. The evaluation with reference to k(t) has been developed and patented here and is even today a state of the art diagnosis tool.
Airport travel information: Prague would be the best choice, followed by Dresden, Wroclaw, Berlin and Leipzig. It is approximately 1.5 h traveling from Prague and app. 2.5 h from Berlin.
